Foursite- Carrington Square Apartment Community is now seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team. Candidates must have good reasoning, problem-solving skills, excellent customer service skills, and a positive team-player attitude. Maintenance Technician Responsibilities & Duties Assist with maintenance improvement projects Maintain the upkeep and repair of the property and grounds Assist with periodic inspections of the property and apartments Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy Perform work order requests Complete seasonal maintenance such as maintaining sprinkling systems, pool area, and snow removal PI81c327cfb3b2-25448-41124522aa415a4b-8b21-40fc-a65c-70d2b25ca29a
