HCM Architect
Jobtailor
Responsibilities Configuration and maintenance of Oracle Fusion HCM modules. Development and support of Fast Formulas and HCM Extracts. Reporting analytics including OTBI, BIP reports, and dashboards. Overseeing internal and third-party integrations using API and cloud services. Managing Oracle HCM security, roles, and data integrity. Collaborating with HRIS team and stakeholders on technical designs and solutions. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 7 years experience in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Information Systems or a related field. Foundational Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications HCM Process Essentials certification. Oracle HCM Module-specific Professional Certification(s); Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Solutions Architect Professional badge preferred. Oracle Fusion HCM (multi-module proficiency). Fast Formula, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BIP. HDL / HSDL data loading. REST & SOAP API development. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). SQL and data querying. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including configuration, maintenance, and reporting analytics. Proficient in API integrations, data security management, and collaboration with HRIS teams to deliver effective technical solutions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
