Behavior Technician – Center Based – Islandia – $500 Sign on Bonus! Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions. Maintain RBT credential within the first 90 days of employment. Use electronic platforms for data collection and graphing. Implement Behavior Support Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as directed. Manage learners, including crisis intervention protocols, ensuring a safe environment. Maintain confidentiality in accordance with state and federal regulations. Demonstrate company core values. Qualifications: Minimum 6 months ABA experience working with children or adolescents (Autism) in a supervised setting. Experience with challenging behaviors preferred. Undergraduate or graduate enrollment or completion in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field a plus. Passionate to work with children, adolescents, families and therapists. High integrity, humility, empathy, and excellent communication skills.
