Talk with them, find out what their needs are, what their affordability is, and tailor a plan with policies to cover their risks within their budget. Our job is to help people understand their policies and what risks they have. It's up to them to decide what to do about it. We ensure that whatever decisions they make, they are informed and confident in their plan. We provide a professional and comfortable working environment with solid pay and good benefits. In return we expect honesty, punctuality, good work ethics and a positive attitude. We strive for continuous improvement in our knowledge and skills, both with clients and our systems.

We are a small local State Farm office serving Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. We have a team of 6-8 people who work well together to accomplish goals for the Agency. Working hours are 8:30-5:30 with a 1-hour lunch. We are closed (with pay) on all major federal holidays. Ashley has owned and operated this office since 2017 and we serve over a thousand families in the northwest. Compensation: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.
