Duration: 13 Weeks

Location: Baton Rouge, LA
* Hybrid Training - In-Person + Online Components if located outside of Baton Rouge (but must be located in the State of LA)
* Must live or have lived in LOUISIANA

The Magnolia Wealth Strategies Training is more than training-it's a complete transformation experience. You'll work directly with industry-leading experts who have trained thousands of successful financial advisors. This intensive program combines proven methodologies, hands-on coaching, and real-world application to accelerate your journey to success.

Here's the timeline for the Financial Advisor Apprenticeship Program:

1. You will need 1 License to start training with us:
* June: Life Insurance License (2 weeks of online Training)
* We'll send you our code paying for Kaplan Training online

2. July 1st-15th: Start Background check /

3. Aug 1st: Pre-Training / Technology Set Up

3. Aug 17th: Start Training
Week 1 is 24 hours over 3 days @ Marriott, Metairie
Weeks 2-13 are 4-10 hours/week on varying days

Desired Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred but not required).
* A desire to pursue the SIE, Series 7 Topper & Series 66 (we'll sponsor you!)
* If you already have the Life & Health License or SIE it is a plus!

* Creative problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
* Curiosity, coachability, and a problem-solving mindset.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Previous experience in a client-facing or sales role is a plus.
* A passion for building relationships and a commitment to client success.
