The Center for Living & Rehabilitation in Bennington, VT is seeking an Infection Control & Education LPN or RN to join our team!

Education Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver educational programs on infection prevention and control for staff, physicians, and community partners.

• Lead orientation and annual training sessions for employees on best practices in infection control and patient safety.

• Stay updated on evolving regulations and guidelines from CMS, CDC, APIC, and other agencies to ensure compliance.

• Serve as a resource and mentor for staff, providing ongoing education and support on infection control measures.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement in infection prevention and patient care.

• Weekend on-call required.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse (RN): Must have a current RN license in the state of Vermont.

• Strong knowledge of infection control standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

• Experience in healthcare education and staff training preferred.

• Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
