Construction Superintendent

Overview Job Title: Construction Superintendent Location: Phoenix, Arizona Pay Range: $90,000 - $160,000 base plus bonus What’s the Job? Coordinate all daily operations, forecasting next steps, and maintaining jobsite and equipment readiness. Monitor and track Assistant Superintendent/Field Engineer activities to ensure smooth progress. Create and manage schedules, including the 3-week look ahead schedule and visual management plans, to coordinate and track effective phasing and schedule progress. Hold effective and relevant meetings with subcontractors, such as weekly meetings, daily huddles, and last planner (pull planning) sessions. Ensure project budgets are meticulously managed to deliver projected profits and identify gain opportunities throughout the project's duration. What’s Needed? Minimum 5+ years experience in the commercial, industrial manufacturing and trade construction industry. Technical and skilled knowledge in a wide range of commercial construction markets (e.g., manufacturing, utilities, data centers, hospitals, municipalities, schools, etc.). Proven experience reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications. Understanding of building codes, OSHA regulations, and safety requirements. Proficiency in construction scheduling and project management software (ProCore, MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, etc.). What’s in it for me? Salary flexibility for the right candidate.
