Supply Chain Operations Manager

Managing day-to-day supply chain operations, the full-time remote Supply Chain Operations Manager will oversee device purchasing, vendor management, and inventory accuracy while driving operational improvements and ensuring device availability. Key responsibilities Run supply chain operations including device purchasing, vendor management, and order fulfillment Own inventory accuracy and device accountability throughout the device lifecycle Manage third-party logistics (3PL) partners and define supply chain KPIs to drive performance improvements Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in supply chain, fulfillment, or logistics operations Strong experience with inventory management, demand planning, and supplier management Proficiency in using Excel, Google Sheets, ERP systems, and inventory management platforms Demonstrated success in simplifying complex operations and optimizing workflows
