Job title – Manufacturing Associate – Plastic Injection Molding

Location – Indianapolis, IN 46268

Job type – 12 months contract with possible extension

Role Overview

We are seeking detail-oriented Plastic Manufacturing Associates to support the operation of advanced robotic plastic injection molding equipment in a clean, fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience who enjoy working with precision products while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate robotic plastic injection molding machines efficiently and safely.
• Monitor and manage 1–5 production machines simultaneously .
• Perform visual quality inspections of molded plastic components.
• Package finished products according to established specifications.
• Operate automatic loading and assembly equipment.
• Identify, document, and report quality concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Work collaboratively with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency in a production environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and manufacturing procedures.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or production experience.
• Experience with plastic injection molding .
• Experience handling small or delicate components .
• Background in medical device, pharmaceutical, or regulated manufacturing environments.
