• 3rd Shift (MonFri, 11pm7:30am)

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret dimensional drawings and blueprints
• Assemble units including casings, frames, and A-coils
• Use hand and power tools such as impact guns, pliers, and wrenches
• Route wiring and connect sub-assemblies
• Rotate between workstations as needed
• Inspect parts and identify/report defects
• Track and record completed work
• Follow all safety and production guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in assembly, production, or general labor
• Comfortable using hand and power tools
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Basic blueprint or drawing interpretation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, VA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $24.23 - $25.73/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
