Transportation Aide (CNA)

How you Will make a difference Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments Monitor daily documentation and filing All other duties as assigned What you Need to make a Difference Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification preferred, or willingness to complete a state-approved CNA program and become a Nursing Assistant (CNA) within six (6) months of hire.
