We are currently seeking a Managing Director of Data & AI - Products to join our team in San Francisco, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Overview

The Managing Director, Data & AI Products will lead the development and execution of industry-specific AI and Data go-to-market strategies, value propositions, and scalable solutions that drive business growth. This leader will partner across NTT DATA, including AI Vista, Geo Leaders, account teams, and ecosystem partners, to identify market opportunities, shape offerings, and accelerate client adoption of AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define industry-specific AI go-to-market strategies, priority use cases, and value propositions.
• Develop repeatable Data & AI solutions and offerings in collaboration with AI Vista and cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Geo Leaders and account teams to identify, qualify, and pursue strategic opportunities.
• Provide industry expertise for client engagements, proposal development, solution design, and executive presentations.
• Create industry-specific business cases, reference architectures, demos, proof points, and client success stories.
• Collaborate with alliance and ecosystem partners to develop differentiated joint solutions and market offerings.
• Identify trends and patterns across client engagements and convert them into scalable offerings, campaigns, and sales plays.
• Represent NTT DATA in analyst briefings, industry events, thought leadership initiatives, and market-facing activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in Data & AI, consulting, technology services, product strategy, or digital transformation.
• Proven success developing and executing industry-specific go-to-market strategies and growth initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of AI, Generative AI, Data, Analytics, and industry trends.
• Experience building scalable solutions, business cases, and market-facing offerings.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and drive complex pursuits.
• Demonstrated ability to work across global, matrixed organizations and strategic partner ecosystems.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this role is  $225,000 - $450,000 per year. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.  This role may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
