Senior Fullstack Node & C# Engineer

Role Description

Join Nortal for your next big adventure. We are seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React / Node & C#) to join our team, grow with us, and teach us a few things along the way.

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer (React / Node & C#), you will work on high-impact, large-scale systems alongside experienced engineering teams, using a modern cloud-native stack. We're looking for candidates who are hands-on, comfortable owning both front-end and back-end work, and who bring solid experience across cloud infrastructure and testing practices.

• Design, build, and maintain full stack features across front-end and back-end systems.
• Develop and integrate scalable back-end services using Node.js and C#.
• Work with relational and NoSQL data stores to support application needs.
• Build and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging event-driven and serverless patterns.
• Write and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Manage infrastructure as code and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ Years of experience working with React.
• 6+ Years of experience working with Node and C#.
• 6+ Years of Database experience with PostgreSQL, AWS DynamoDB, and SQL.
• 4+ Years of experience working with AWS cloud services, including SQS, Lambda, EXS, CloudFront, ALB, and EventBridge.
• 4+ Years of experience working with Jest and Playwright.
• 4+ Years of experience working in Infrastructure as Code, with Terraform, and version control/CI workflows with GitLab.
• Advanced English Level is required for this role, as you will work with US clients.
