Our client is an industrial distributor seeking a hands-on Sales Director to lead its DFW sales team and grow a personal account portfolio. The role combines sales leadership, market planning and direct customer development, with a focus on profitable growth.

Company Overview

  • Established distributor of industrial hose and pipe.
  • Serves industrial, energy, construction and agricultural customers.
  • Supports customers with product guidance and technical information.

Position Summary

  • Lead the DFW sales team.
  • Grow existing accounts and develop new customers.
  • Set market priorities and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Deliver against revenue and margin goals.
  • Coordinate product recommendations, quotations and customer support.
  • Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve customer issues.

Skills / Requirements

  • Three to five years of outside sales experience in industrial distribution.
  • Sales management experience preferred.
  • Hose and pipe industry experience preferred.
  • Mechanical aptitude and comfort in industrial settings.
  • Strong leadership, organization and follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently; college degree preferred.
