Description CyberLinx Solutions, LLC is seeking a Penetration Tester / Ethical Hacker to simulate real‑world cyberattacks, uncover vulnerabilities, and strengthen our overall security posture. In this role, you’ll work alongside SOC, Threat Intelligence, and Security Engineering teams to proactively identify risks before adversaries do. Key Responsibilities Conduct penetration testing across web applications, networks, APIs, and cloud environments Perform vulnerability assessments and controlled exploitation Simulate adversary tactics aligned with real‑world threat actors Document findings and deliver clear technical and executive reports Partner with engineering and security teams to drive remediation Support Red Team exercises and continuous security validation Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Equivalent practical experience may be considered 3 years of hands‑on experience in penetration testing or ethical hacking Required Certifications Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) and/or Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) Preferred Skills GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN) Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Strong understanding of networks, operating systems, and application security Experience with tools like Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap, and similar frameworks Ability to translate technical findings into business risk insights Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills Experience with cloud security testing (AWS, Azure, GCP) Familiarity with red teaming frameworks and adversary emulation Scripting or programming experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell) Full‑Time/Part‑Time: Full Time Location: Baltimore, MD Employment Type: Exempt/Non‑Exempt (Non‑Exempt) Req Number: CYB-26-00005 Category: Cybersecurity EEO Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
