Position Summary

As an Irrigation Technician Lead at Teed & Brown, you will build expertise in irrigation systems and lawn care through hands-on experience and training. You’ll troubleshoot water and pressure issues, repair and replace heads, nozzles, and valves, and maintain irrigation systems.

In this role, you will:
• Work outdoors on beautiful properties to ensure healthy and efficient irrigation systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair irrigation systems to meet client needs.
• Identify turfgrass species and common pests or diseases.
• Apply irrigation system knowledge to deliver high-quality service.
• Collaborate with field teams and contribute to delivering outstanding client experiences.

About You

You are:
• Eager to grow within the irrigation and lawn care industry.
• Passionate about working outdoors and solving problems.
• Interested in gaining certifications and advancing your expertise.
• Responsible, independent, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Skilled in communication, both verbal and written, to understand and meet client needs.
• Ideally holding a degree in Turf, Entomology, Plant Sciences, Horticulture, or equivalent experience (preferred but not required).

What is Essential

• Willingness to complete required training to obtain necessary certifications and licenses.
• Desire to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license for operating service vehicles
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
