We're Looking for Caregivers Who Truly Care

Exhava Home Care is looking for caregivers who are passionate about providing compassionate, respectful, and dependable care to older adults in the comfort of their own homes.

As a caregiver, you will have an important role in helping clients maintain their independence, safety, comfort, and quality of life. From assisting with daily living activities such as bathing and showering to preparing meals and providing companionship, the care you provide can make a meaningful difference in someone's day.

We are looking for caregivers who are dependable, attentive, and comfortable providing personal care to both male and female clients.

If you are someone who takes pride in helping others, communicates when something happens, and always keeps client safety a priority, we would love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, showering, grooming, toileting, and meal preparation
• Provide a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for clients
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with personal care based on the client's individual needs
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Monitor client safety and report concerns or changes
• Follow the client's individualized care plan
• Communicate promptly with the care team when something happens or when you notice a change in the client's condition or needs
• Maintain client dignity, privacy, and independence

What We're Looking For

• Available Monday to Friday (or even Sunday)
• With caregiving experience
• Comfortable providing personal care for both male and female clients
• Can report when something happens
• Makes sure clients are safe
• Willing to pick up AM, PM, and NOC shifts
• Available for weekend shifts when needed
• Comfortable working 4-hour or 8–12-hour shifts, depending on availability

Requirements

• Previous caregiver experience preferred
• Active California Home Care Aide registration
• Current TB test results or chest X-ray documentation
• Legally eligible to work in the U.S. (valid ID, Social Security card, etc.)
• Valid driver's license and active car insurance
