Job Description Job Opportunity: Licensed Occupational TherapistOur organization is looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist to become a part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. This position involves evaluating patients' functional capabilities, creating tailored treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques aimed at helping individuals restore their mobility, independence, and overall quality of life.
In this role, you will work in close collaboration with physicians, nursing staff, and a diverse team of rehabilitation professionals. We prioritize a compassionate, patient-focused atmosphere that emphasizes empathy, professionalism, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess patients' functional abilities and needs.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid Occupational Therapy license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
