What You’ll Be Doing As a Business Analyst at TAINA, you’ll play a critical role in integrating our platform into some of the world’s largest financial institutions. You’ll be responsible for: Working directly with customers to integrate the TAINA Platform into their existing systems and processes Acting as a key bridge between clients, product, engineering, and delivery Engaging stakeholders on technical, operational, and business‑process topics Defining clear, high‑quality requirements in collaboration with subject‑matter experts Validating new feature requirements both internally and externally Supporting and overseeing data migration exercises Working closely with delivery teams to shape BDD requirements and acceptance criteria Owning the acceptance phase of new features and supporting deployment readiness Building and maintaining strong, trusted client relationships Supporting product demonstrations for existing and prospective clients This is not a passive role. You’ll have visibility, autonomy, and real influence over how our platform evolves. You don’t need to tick every box — but you should be confident in many of these areas: Business analysis experience (minimum 1 year), ideally within: Complex SaaS platforms Ability to quickly understand complex systems, workflows, and data models Experience in defining and documenting clear business and technical requirements Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data Experience in analysing, validating, and explaining data and outcomes Ability to create clear mock‑ups and solution artefacts (experience with Figma preferred) Exposure to regulatory or tax‑related frameworks (FATCA, CRS, or similar is a plus) You’re someone who: Communicates clearly and confidently — verbally and in writing Is detail‑oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture Enjoys documenting, explaining, and presenting complex ideas simply Is comfortable demonstrating product functionality (including APIs) to clients Takes pride in producing high‑quality documentation, release notes, and demos Builds trust quickly with both internal teams and external stakeholders TAINA is the market‑leading FATCA & CRS validation platform, trusted by some of the world’s largest financial institutions.
