ACC is dedicated to helping people with disabilities maintain meaningful employment within their communities by providing one-on-one coaching at their place of employment. As a job coach you will work one-on-one with a small caseload of adults and support them in their jobs in a multitude of working environments. You will go home at the end of the day knowing that you helped your clients succeed, made a difference in their life, and helped them grow their skills. Why ACC? ACC provides comprehensive, ongoing training and a dedicated direct supervisor who is always available to support you so you never feel alone or unsupported. During these difficult times, more people with disabilities are in of need assistance and ACC needs more dedicated staff to provide high quality support to these individuals. Job Duties: Provide on-site job coaching and support Helping clients stay on task Help client communicate with their employer and co-workers Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation Collaborate with client and their employer to provider a supportive work environment Requirements/Qualifications: Desire to help others succeed Ability to work effectively independently Excellent communication skills Ability to work weekends 18 years of age or older Driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 #J-18808-Ljbffr Access Community Care
