QC Analytical Chemist

This role involves working with various instruments, preparing samples, and following established procedures. A great fit would be someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team setting. Job Duties Include: Perform routine testing of pharmaceutical samples by following analytical compendial methods (pH, osmolality, concentration, break-loose extrusion force, etc.) Prepare standards and samples for analysis Monitoring and replenishing lab reagents and solutions Maintain, calibrate, and operate instrumentation in the QC laboratory Document work as required for GMP compliance Execute work in accordance with standard operating procedures, with attention to detail, and with strong organizational skills Interact effectively with peers and leaders as part of a multi-disciplinary team Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or other science-related degree concentration 1-2 years of QC analytical experience OR Master's Degree in chemistry or other science-related degree concentration 0-1 years of QC analytical experience GMP Experience Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow procedures to generate reproducible data in a controlled laboratory environment Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, data analysis software, and other related applications Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies Ability to think critically and demonstrate troubleshooting/problem solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship What to Expect in the Hiring Process: 10-15 Minute Phone Interview with Region Recruiter 45-60 Minute Virtual Interview with Manager and/or Group Leader 30 Minute Virtual Interview with Site Director Additional Details: The position is full-time, first shift, Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm . Candidates must be flexible to adapt to schedulechanges requiring shift changes and/or weekend work, and overtime may be required as needed.
