Location: Boston, MA


Pay: $3,205.44 weekly


Shifts: 12-hour nights (7p-7:30a), minimum 4 weekend shifts and 2 Friday shifts per 6-week block

This role involves working within a high-risk labor and delivery unit, providing comprehensive maternity care in a dynamic healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Provide high-risk maternity care, including VBACs, Caesarians, and natural births
• Float between Labor & Delivery and Postpartum units as needed
• Ensure adherence to best practices and guidelines in maternity care
• Participate in on-call shifts as scheduled
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care

Requirements of the RN - Labor and Delivery

• Current MA RN license
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
• High-risk tertiary care experience
• Proficiency with Epic Systems
• No first-time travelers or local candidates within 50 miles
