This healthcare organization operates a comprehensive PACE program providing community-based care and services to seniors. The facility is committed to helping eligible older adults remain in their homes and communities while receiving the coordinated care they need.

Opportunity:
Enrollment Specialist - Outpatient Clinic

Job Details:
• Facilitate enrollment process for seniors into the PACE Program
• Guide qualified seniors through the tactical front-end process of signing up for insurance plans
• Travel to participants' homes to conduct in-home assessments as part of enrollment process
• Spend approximately 50% of work week traveling within San Diego County
• Increase participant census by enrolling qualified seniors into the PACE program
• Work full-time schedule Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM
• Temporary position lasting approximately 3 months
• Based administratively out of the PACE Admin Office at 8080 Dagget Street
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience required
• Bachelor's degree required OR 3 years of related experience to substitute
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Background in sales and case management preferred
• Experience in healthcare eligibility, in-home visits, or medical verifications ideal
• Previous experience as Enrollment Specialist desired



Compensation: Temporarily employed including benefits, compensation rates are based on 0-14 years experience $29-$37 per hourly
