The ideal candidate will seek solutions to tough problems and consistently do what’s right for our guests. Responsibilities Diagnose and fix vehicles for guests using knowledge & skills Build experience across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles Complete full, accurate, and honest courtesy vehicle inspections Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization Collaborate with the service department and communicate concerns effectively Work with other technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and deliver distinguished results Qualifications Positive attitude and desire to serve customers 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic Current ASE certifications preferred; Master, L1 a plus (or a plan to achieve) Capability to diagnose and repair all makes/models of vehicles Strong experience with both domestic and import vehicles Availability to work 40–50+ hours per week Knowledgeable with reflashing/reprogramming processes and all vehicle systems Demonstrated diagnostic and service expertise in driveability, electrical, powertrain/drivetrain systems, and other mechanical systems for domestic and import vehicles Diesel experience helpful but not required Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes Professional appearance and strong communication skills Desire for long‑term career development Valid New Mexico driver’s license Physical Requirements Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds Use tools on vehicles lifted above head level Work in tight spaces as required for repairs Hold necessary dexterity to efficiently use hand tools Walk/stand for majority of workday Drive manual transmission vehicles Navigate computer efficiently Benefits Weekend off (every weekend off) Paid Vacation and Paid Holidays Performance Incentives – Team‑based bonus opportunities Guaranteed Hours – Consistent workload Real‑time technical support from industry‑leading technicians Employee Point Store for training points redemption Continuous education via CBA Flywheel Learning System Competitive healthcare benefits and matching retirement plan Employee appreciation events and team lunches Toolbox relocation assistance All of your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
