We are seeking a dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our assisted living team in Tennessee. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, building meaningful relationships, and providing quality resident-centered care in a supportive environment. Responsibilities: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Support residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Assist with meal service and feeding when needed Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff Provide companionship and emotional support to residents Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment Follow care plans and facility policies/procedures Document care provided accurately and timely Qualifications: Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred CNA certification is a plus, but not required Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to pass background screening and meet state requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr
