We are seeking a dynamic Aviation Maintenance Instructor to join our dedicated team of educators. In this role, you will deliver engaging, technical training to aspiring aviation maintenance professionals, ensuring they develop the skills necessary for success in the industry. Your expertise will help shape the next generation of aviation technicians by providing clear instruction, curriculum development, and real-world application of maintenance concepts.

We are currently seeking experienced A&P-certified instructors with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience to join our instructional team.

Position Overview


As an Aviation Maintenance Instructor, you'll play a key role in shaping future A&P mechanics. You'll deliver engaging classroom and lab instruction, mentor students, and ensure FAA curriculum standards are met.

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Job Responsibilities

Teach FAA-approved curriculum to prepare students for FAA exams.
Track attendance and submit grades within 24 hours.
Ensure all coursework is delivered, completed, and assessed.
Manage makeup tests and practical projects.
Follow lesson plans and maintain a daily planner.
Review curriculum and policies before each term.
Maintain tools, training aids, and instructional spaces.
Request supplies as needed.
Coordinate with Hangar Operations staff during training.
Keep classrooms, labs, and hangars clean and organized.
Safeguard institutional assets.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma required
FAA Airframe & Powerplant Certification - required.
Minimum 3 years of A&P industry experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Basic understanding of the Internet.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
