Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy, to address a range of mental health issues.

• Conduct individual, group, family, and couples therapy sessions to create a supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges and develop coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for each client, participating in case discussions and ongoing evaluations.

• Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that all client interactions are documented properly.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, trending toward individuals and families with minimal access to mental health resources. You will work closely with clients facing various challenges, including trauma, substance use, anxiety, and depression, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and circumstances. This position allows you to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals who often face barriers to receiving quality care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of New Jersey is mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation package for this role ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to competitive salary, you will benefit from:
