Experienced Construction Laborer

Job Description Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Construction laborers with experience in both custom home building and commercial metal building construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and commercial construction, with the ability to read blueprints, operate tools and equipment, and work efficiently as part of a team to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
This job does require some travel. The scope of travel will be anywhere within an hour of Kansas City Mo.
Experience is required
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform hands-on construction duties including but not limited to framing, siding, roofing, metal building assembly, and interior/exterior finishing
- Assist in the erection and installation of commercial metal building systems, including but not limited to steel framing, panels, insulation, and grim work.
- Interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Operate hand and power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery as needed.
- Collaborate with supervisors, subcontractors, and team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Maintain a clean and organized jobsite
