Position Summary

Sells new and pre-owned vehicles to retail customers and manages the customer relationship from first contact through delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and showroom traffic
Complete a needs assessment and product presentation on every customer
Log all customer activity and follow-up in the CRM
Present vehicle pricing and payment options with a manager
Deliver the vehicle and introduce the customer to the service department
Maintain contact with sold customers for repeat and referral business

Requirements

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Strong communication and customer service skills
