Key responsibilities of the RN Pediatrics ER:

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
• Triage patients according to acuity level using established protocols.
• Administer medications, treatments, and emergency interventions as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Document patient information and care provided in Meditech.
• Float to other units as needed.

Requirements of the RN Pediatrics ER:

• Active RN License (no temporary licenses accepted)
• 2+ years of RN and specialty experience
• NIHSS certification required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications required
• MEDITECH experience preferred
