Industrial Maintenance Electrician – Day & Night ShiftsA growing food manufacturing operation in Bergen County is hiring two experienced Industrial Maintenance Electricians—one for day shift and one for night shift. This is a hands-on position troubleshooting and repairing electrical, electronic, and automated production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll DoTroubleshoot and repair 480V three-phase electrical systemsDiagnose PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, motor controls, and HMIsMaintain production, packaging, cooking, freezing, and robotic equipmentTroubleshoot sensors, instrumentation, safety circuits, and control panelsRead electrical schematics, ladder logic, wiring diagrams, and equipment manualsComplete preventive maintenance and corrective repairsDocument completed work, labor, and parts through the CMMSAssist with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs when neededFollow LOTO, NFPA 70E, GMP, OSHA, and food-safety requirementsWhat We're Looking ForAt least 3 years of industrial electrical maintenance experienceStrong experience troubleshooting 480V systems, VFDs, motor controls, and PLC-driven equipmentAbility to work independently and respond quickly to equipment breakdownsFood or beverage manufacturing experience is strongly preferredElectrical apprenticeship, trade-school training, or technical degree is preferredNew Jersey electrical license, journeyman card, or apprentice registration is a plusAllen-Bradley, Siemens, ABB, or FANUC experience is a plusWhat's in It for YouCompetitive hourly compensation based on experienceConsistent Monday–Friday scheduleDay and night shift opportunities availableStable, hands-on position with advanced manufacturing equipmentOpportunity to strengthen your automation and controls experienceBenefits and long-term growth potential
