Responsibilities Greet every guest with genuine warmth and enthusiasm. Answer questions about menu items and make recommendations. Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care, accuracy, and efficiency. Assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas. Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment by following food safety standards and cleaning protocols. Adapt to daily priorities and changes with a positive attitude. Support team success by completing cleaning, stocking, and setup duties for the next shift. Execute duties for specific areas within the bakery‑cafe (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive‑Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc.). Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods. Clear communication skills and ability to understand directions in a loud environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for making people smile. Ability to sustain performance in a fast‑paced environment and multitask with ease. Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Completion of basic food safety training and practice (Food Handler’s Card required by law).
