Registered Nurse (RN) Home Care, Part Time/Per Diem

Play a critical role in helping a non-medical home care company serving seniors throughout Southern New Jersey! This is a per diem position with limited hours to start, but it has the potential to grow into a part-time role! We are looking for an RN able to travel to in-home clients for assessments in Gloucester, Camden, Burlington, Salem, & Cumberland counties.

Your Impact:

As our Administrator or Alternate Administrator, you will work directly with ownership to establish and expand our agency. You will be instrumental in helping us obtain our New Jersey Home Care License and ensuring we meet all state compliance regulations for our clients and caregivers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-home senior client assessments and perform follow up calls. Complete paperwork based on these visits.
• Serve as the liaison between New Jersey regulatory agencies, ownership, staff, and clients.
• Oversee recruitment, retention, and training of caregivers to ensure compliance with state regulations.
• Manage caregiver scheduling and client assessments in homes or assisted living facilities.
• Represent AMADA Senior Care Swedesboro at networking events and community activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Ability to pass a background check!
• Passionate, energetic, and driven professional ready to make an impact.
• Strong communicator with excellent leadership skills.
• Experience in office management or administration in a health-related setting is a plus.
• Tech-savvy (Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite, and relevant applications).
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

• Current and Valid New Jersey RN License
• 3 years experience as a licensed RN
• Experience in a in-home care setting in various roles preferred
