Senior Data Consultant

Virtual Vocations Inc

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Data Consultant will implement solutions using Microsoft Power BI and advanced database systems, manage technical delivery in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and develop high-performing, reliable, and scalable solutions for clients. Key responsibilities Implement solutions using the Microsoft Power BI tool suite and related technologies Develop reports, dashboards, and visual analytics while performing data analysis to enhance Information Management systems Assist the business development team with pre-sales activities and provide coaching to team members on technological challenges Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 2-5 years of experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure Databricks, Data Lake, and Azure Synapse Expert knowledge of Data Management, Business Intelligence, and Analytics concepts including ETL, Data Warehousing, and Data Visualization Proficiency in the Microsoft Business Intelligence stack, including Power BI, Excel, and SQL Server Advanced knowledge of SQL and familiarity with database-centric applications
