Role Overview

Were seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative who doesnt just wait for the phone to ring we need a tenacious hunter to actively manage and convert leads from Google aggregators and targeted marketing campaigns (like geo-fenced ads) into booked appointments. You will answer phones and follow up on leads with speed enthusiasm and a persistent drive to win. This is a dynamic in-office role where you will be on the computer and phone all day skillfully turning marketing leads into booked appointments for our OutsideSalesReps. Key Responsibilities

• Own the Frontline: Answer inbound calls with exceptional professionalism immediately focusing on the customers needs.
  
• Proactive Pursuit: Actively pursue and follow up on leads from Google aggregators and ads via warm calls emails and texts making speed-to-lead your top priority.
  
• Drive the Schedule: Set high-quality appointments for OutsideSalesReps to maximize conversions from our marketing campaigns.
  
• Manage the Data: Maintain accurate and disciplined updates for lead and customer data in our CRM (Salesforce experience a plus).
  
• Build the Pipeline: Proactively nurture prospects to build trust and successfully drive appointment bookings.
  
• Track to Win: Keep impeccable records of calls leads and appointments to support our marketing andsales goals.

Requirements

• Experience in lead generation customer service or appointment setting (marketing or call center experience is a big plus).
  
• Strong persuasive communication skills across phone email and text to effectively engage and capture leads.
  
• Highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure accurate CRM updates and lead tracking.
  
• Deeply motivated to proactively hunt down leads and convert them into appointments with a strong focus on speed-to-lead.
  
• Comfortable working in-office managing calls and computer tasks in a fast-paced setting all day
  
• Eager to learn and master new marketing tools and processes
  
• A collaborative team player with a self-driven attitude to consistently reach and exceed appointment goals.
