As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation. What You'll Do: * Administer medications and treatments per physician orders * Follow the Six Rights of Medication Administration * Document in MAR/TAR accurately and in real time * Monitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom relief * Report refusals or adverse reactions promptly * Conduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs) * Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updates * Observe and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changes * Maintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standards You play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.
