Positions Available
Our growing company is seeking a Lawn Care Technician and a Landscape Technician. You will be the boots on the ground, ensuring that our clients’ lawns and landscapes receive the highest level of care and attention. You’ll have the opportunity to work outdoors, learn new skills, and advance your career in the lawn care/landscape industry.

Your First 90 Days:
· Introduction period with comprehensive training.

· Performance-based pay increase.

Key Responsibilities
· Daily Operations: Prepare work trucks, load/unload materials, clean/fill sprayers.
· Service Delivery: Assist with timely lawn/landscape applications and basic landscaping tasks.
· Maintenance: Keep vehicles and equipment clean and in good working condition.
· Quality Control: Ensure exceptional service delivery to minimize return rates.
· Professionalism: Maintain a clean, professional appearance and adhere to company policies and core values.

How We Measure Success
· Attendance: Critical to meeting our customer service goals.
· Performance: Manage materials and time efficiently to keep applications profitable.
· Customer Retention: Build great relationships and ensure exceptional service.
· Software Utilization: Use our systems and processes to achieve all the above.

Requirements
· Valid NC Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
· Must be 18 years of age or older.
· High School Diploma or GED preferred.
· Ability to lift 50 lbs or more.

Benefits & Pay
· Pay: Negotiable, based on experience.
· Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
