Product Demonstrations & Training: Lead engaging product demonstrations and technical workshops, while also creating comprehensive training materials tailored to customer needs. Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Investigate technical challenges based on customer feedback, diagnose root causes, and propose practical solutions to optimize product performance. Internal Collaboration: Collaborate closely with R&D and product development teams at our headquarters to refine products, develop detailed technical documentation, and suggest enhancements. Technology Research & Strategy: Support the development of differentiated technical strategies by analyzing emerging global trends, competitor activities, and advancing innovation in the AI semiconductor space. Qualifications: BS or MS degree in computer science, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. Solid experience with deep learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX. Ideally, hands‑on experience with embedded systems, SoCs, or hardware‑related development and support. Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to address complex technical challenges. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with customers and internal teams. A keen interest in learning new technologies and a proven ability to adapt to rapidly evolving landscapes. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in AI, machine learning, or deep learning projects with a focus on real‑world applications. Expertise in technical support or consulting, particularly for computing devices like NPUs or GPUs. Experience collaborating with global clients, and proficiency in additional languages such as Korean or Chinese.
