Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Licensed Patrol

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures at a commercial real estate location; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter; Monitor access points, observe foot traffic, and report unauthorized entry attempts or suspicious behavior; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; Communicate with property management, tenants, and/or first responders as needed regarding incidents, alarms, and other security-related matters
