Job Description
Primary Accountabilities:
- Component and assembled part layout in accordance to drawing
- Finished goods audit
- Line Romer for quality concerns
- Support / Engage in solutions driven by deviations requested
- Support Calibration system (inspection, test equipment, functional gages)
- Complete capability studies on critical, major and minor characteristics
- Document & record data collected on inspection forms
- Promote quality workmanship that meets and/or exceeds customer expectations
- Assist with organization of non-conformance area
- Support Operations with non-conformance (NCMR) process, inspect parts
- Follow ITAR processes when appropriate
- Perform other duties as directed by Manager
Education and Experience Requirements:
- 1-2 years' experience working in a similar position is preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Quality plans and controls knowledge
- Gauging knowledge needed
- CMM knowledge preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail Oriented
- Must have the ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds
- Must have the ability to stand, sit and walk at least 75% of the time.
