Class A CDL Driver (EEO)

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to operate dump trucks (manual transmission) efficiently and safely while hauling aggregates. The role involves a mix of highway and urban routes with daily hauling trips primarily within regional and short local distances. The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record and a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. Responsibilities * Operate dump trucks to transport aggregates on regional and local routes * Ensure load securement and vehicle safety compliance during all trips * Conduct regular vehicle inspections and perform basic equipment maintenance * Plan routes effectively to meet daily hauling schedules * Maintain accurate records of trips, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance * Adhere strictly to traffic laws and safety regulations * Communicate efficiently with supervisors and team members Preferred Qualifications * Minimum of 3 years commercial truck driving experience * High school diploma or equivalent * Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) * Experience with dump truck operations and commercial driving * Knowledge of safety regulations and route navigation * Basic vehicle maintenance skills * Strong time management and attention to detail * Effective communication abilities * Must be able to drive manual transmission
