Location: Burlington, NJ 08016 Company: PeopleShare Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

PeopleShare is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Burlington, NJ, to hire experienced Reach Truck and Cherry Picker Operators for a direct hire opportunity. Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
- Some mandatory weekend work required
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate both Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers (experience with both is required)
- Use RF scanners to track and move inventory
- Pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols
Qualifications
- Previous experience operating Reach Trucks and Cherry Pickers required
- Prior warehouse experience required
- Experience with RF scanners preferred
- Shipping and receiving experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
