We are looking for energetic, friendly, and dependable Team Members to join our teams. What You'll Do Provide friendly, professionalcustomer service and guest service to every customer. Welcome guests, answer questions, and help customers understand our wash services and membership options. Recommend products and services based on each guest's needs. Safely direct vehicles into and through the car wash tunnel. Work in different areas of the location throughout the day, including the pay station, tunnel, vacuum area, and other guest-facing areas. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming car wash environment. Follow all safety procedures and company standards. Work as part of a team to keep the location operating efficiently. Represent ClearWater Express Wash and BlueWave Express Wash with a positive attitude and professional appearance. Can work outdoors in changing weather conditions. Is dependable and committed to showing up ready to work. Can follow safety procedures and pay attention to detail. Has previous experience in customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, sales, cashier, or similar roles — preferred but not required.
