We are seeking reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Drivers to join our team in Galesburg, United States. As a Delivery Driver, you will be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our valued customers throughout the community. You will play a vital role in ensuring timely and professional delivery of products while building positive relationships with customers in your neighborhood.

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routes
• Navigate routes using GPS technology and map applications to optimize delivery times and fuel efficiency
• Maintain a professional demeanor and provide exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Verify delivery addresses, customer information, and order accuracy before completing transactions
• Handle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all completed deliveries
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
• Adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies at all times
• Manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and performance goals
• Communicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concerns
• Collect payments when applicable and handle cash or digital transactions securely

• Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's license
• Minimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standards
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposes
• Ability to pass a comprehensive Motor Vehicle Record Check and criminal background check
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveries
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional attitude
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technology
• Physical capability to safely lift and carry packages of varying sizes
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed
• Valid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery
• Resilience and problem-solving ability to handle challenging situations professionally
