Kisco Senior Living - - Responsibilities: Administer resident medications or assist residents with self-administration of medication; Observe residents for changes in condition and report to appropriate supervisor; Document and report changes of condition using company forms; Provide medication setup and assistance; log medications from pharmacies; Track medications and re-order as needed
