Introduction to the jobThe US Talent Acquisition Attraction & Engagement leader will lead the distributed Talent Engagement (TE)- Center of Excellence (CoE), acting as the local authority on Brand, Sourcing, and Talent Engagement. This role bridges global Talent Acquisition strategy and local market execution, translating US Head of HR, TA and global frameworks into market-relevant solutions and ensuring strong local talent pipelines, employer brand positioning, and candidate engagement strategies. The position will be responsible for balancing and allocating ASML TA resources along with internal/external partnerships to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions for all TE related strategic objectives. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.The Company offers employees and their families, medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
