The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You will work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable intelligence.Key Responsibilities :- Collect, process, and analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data from diverse sources.- Utilize big data tools and technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and NoSQL databases.- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data analytics solutions.- Identify data quality issues and work with engineering teams to resolve them.- Apply statistical methods and predictive analytics to generate insights and support business forecasting.- Conduct root cause analysis of business problems using data.- Continuously optimize data analysis processes and implement automation where possible.- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging big data technologies to recommend improvements.- Support data governance and compliance efforts by ensuring data privacy and security protocols.SRI Tech Solutions is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, religion, age, sexual orientation, national origin or citizenship status or ethnic origin, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other occupationally irrelevant criteria.
