Responsibilities: • Build and nurture strong client relationships to generate new business and drive sales growth. • Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation activities. • Consistently follow up with leads to convert opportunities into successful transactions. • Meet with prospective clients to understand their real estate goals and provide expert guidance. • Conduct property showings and deliver an exceptional home-buying experience. • Secure buyer and seller representation by successfully presenting and executing agency agreements. • Provide outstanding, client-focused service throughout every stage of the real estate transaction. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License or intend to get one. • Past sales experience is preferred. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills. • Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently. • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized. • Technology-driven.
