Account Manager

Managing the success and growth of a portfolio of customers, the full-time remote Account Manager will oversee the entire post-sale customer lifecycle, including onboarding, adoption, renewals, and expansions while serving as the primary relationship owner and internal advocate. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage customer success and adoption plans, monitoring product usage and engagement to identify risks and opportunities Build strong relationships with stakeholders and coordinate customer initiatives, ensuring clear objectives and accountability Own renewal strategy and execution, managing the complete process from planning through contract signature Required Qualifications Five to seven years of experience in account management, customer success, or client services, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment Proven track record of exceptional performance in renewal, retention, and growth, ranking among the top 5-10% of performers Experience managing commercial and contractual processes, including negotiations and renewals Strong program-management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives to completion Bachelor's degree
