Area Director of Operations

Responsibilities Provide leadership and direction to the General Managers assigned within their specific area Ensure the requirements are met for assigned properties Assist hotels to achieve goals and objectives including operational support Ensure general managers have clear and concise goals Provide coaching and mentoring to assigned managers Ensure compliance through audits and trip checks Manage day-to-day operations ensuring sanitation and cleanliness standards are met Communicate with guests and provide exceptional service Manage cost control and expenditures Oversee employee development including recruiting, hiring, training, and relations Communicate clearly and effectively with guests Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Two or four year college degree preferred At least two years of successful Oxford employment Must be a United States citizen or possess a valid work permit Must have valid drivers license and meet company driving standards Must have strong computer skills; Microsoft products, RoomKey Must have excellent organization and time management skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
